DEAR TEAM,

PLEASE HELP…

I HAD 4 PREPAID CONNECTION WHICH I HAD CONVERTED TO POSTPAID CONNECTION… AT MONTHLY RENTAL OF 99/- PER MONTH. THOUGH IT WAS COMMITED THAT MY MONTHLY RENTAL WOULD BE OF 99/- PER MONTH MY FIRST BILL GENERATED WAS OF ACCORDING TO THE PLAN OF 125/- PER MONTH WHICH WAS NOT ALOTTED TO ME WHEN I HAD TAKEN THE PLAN, ALSO THE CONNECTION WHICH WAS GIVEN ME WAS BY THE NAME OF AVI GLOBAL PLAST WHICH IS ONE THE COMPANY SITUATED IN DAMAN. I HAVE NO CONNECTION WITH THAT COMPANY THEN ALSO THIS GUY VIKAS GAVE ME THE CONNECTION BY THAT NAME. WHILE TAKING THE PLAN I HAD ASKED HIM REGARDING "IF IT POSSIBLE TO GIVE ME THE PLAN @ 99 PER MONTH" ONLY THEN GIVE ME BUT THE LOCAL CRE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL MAKE CUSTOMIZED PLAN FOR ME. WHEN MY WILL WAS GENERATED I FOUND THE BIILL WAS GENERATED BY MONTHLY RENTAL OF 125/- PER MONTH….I APPRAOCHING TO THE LOCAL MINI STORE OF VODAFONE THE CRE TOLD ME MY PLAN WILL BE CONVERTED…SINCE THEN 2 MORE BILLS WERE GENERATED WITH SAME BILLING PLAN…IN BETWEEN THAT I HAD VISITED SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE SAME QUERY BUT VIKAS KEPT ME SAYING MY PLAN WILL BE CONVERTED…..WHEN THE SAME THING KEPT ON GOING I DECIDED TO CONVERT BACK MY POSTPAID CONNECTION TO PREPAID CONNECTION. I VISITED LOCAL STORE AGAIN AS I WAS NOT READY TO CONTINUE WITH SAME PLAN…AGAIN VIKAS TOLD ME THAT I CANNOT CONVERT MY PLAN WITHIN 6 MONTHS….ON INQUIRING AT VODAFONE APPELLATE OFFICE I FOUND THAT I CANNOT CONVERT MY NEW POSPTPAID PLAN TO PREPAID ONCE 3 BILL ARE GENERATED…AGAIN THIS GUY WAS INSISTING ME TO CONTINUE MY PLAN FOR 6 MONTHS…AS SUCH I WAS SO MUCH FRISTRATED ON VISITING THE LOCAL STORE I AGAIN CALLED AND TALKED IN APELLATE OFFICE WITH Mr. HIMEN WHOSE CONTACT NUMBER IS 07971716464. HE TOLD ME TO PAY THE BILL AND MY PLAN WILL BE CONVERTED FROM POSTPAID TO PREPAID…I PAID THE BILL 4TH BILL AS TILL THAT TIME MY 4TH BILL WAS GENERATED….AGAIN TALKING WITH VIKAS HE TOLD ME TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS….AND HENCE AFTER 5TH BILL WAS GENERATED OUT OF MY 4 CONNECTION 3 CONNECTIONS WERE CONVERTED AND 1 CONNECTION WAS FOUND POSTPAID WHICH WAS NOT CONVERTED….AGAIN I INQUIRED TO THE VIKAS…HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL STOP THE BILLING PLAN AND IT WILL GET CONVERTED TO PREPAID….NOW 6TH BILL HAS BEEN GENERATED AND SINCE I HAD TOLD HIM TO STOP MY ALL PLANS FROM BILLING AND CONVERT THEM TO PREPAID…HE HAD NOT STOP THE PLAN AND NOW THE OUTGOING IS STOPPED AND HE SAYS ME TO PAY THE BILL….MY QUESTION IS WHY I NEED TO PAY THE BILL WHEN I HAD ALREADY TOLD TO STOP MY CONNECTIONS AND THE 6TH BILL HAS GENERATED…WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS GUY VIKAS THINKS OF HIMSELF…IF HE CANNOT HELP IT OUT THEN WHY DO U KEEP SUCH EXECUTIVES WHO CANNOT ASK THEIR SUPERIORS TO DO THE NEEDFUL…ARE WE FOOL TO USE VODAFONE SERVICES….ARE WE FREE ALL THE TIME TO GO IN VODAFONE STORE AND WAIT TILL OUR CHANCE COMES TO INTERACT WITH THEM….AUR BILL BHARO USKA BAAD HI AB HOGA….TO JAB BOLA TAB KYU BANDH NHI KIYA BILL…
