On the time of installing I had paid all amount by cash to above person but at that time he had not given me the invoice nor the freebies & offerings which were offered on booking. He had stated me that all that will be supplied directly by the company soon.

I have purchased eureka forbes trendy steel vaccum cleaner on 30th april 2018 from kumar and kumar enterprises tiptur karnataka. I have used on 06/05/2018 it was getting overheat. On 7th while using after 15min of use it stopped functioning.I tried after 2 hours again but it was not working at all. I have contacted customer care and complained.My complaint id is 2007670179.Eureka forbes customer support team just wasting my time and didn't send any techinician even after 36hrs of complaint.

I stay in Borivali west Mumbai and I m using Compat model of acquaguard of Eureka Forbes since last 5+ years. I also regularly take AMC of ur company only.
In September 2017 under AMC the techinician had come to change the candle of the water purifier. At that time it was found that the cap of the candle which is always fixed ( attached ) to the candle was now not fixed which means the candle was damaged and not working (not purifying water).However it was changed and I did not complain as already it was more than 5+ months of candle life.

SO ON BASIS OF WARRANTY/GUARANTEE PERIOD , I WANT TO RETURN AND CLAIM FOR THIS PRODUCT.

SO TAKE ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
