I get complete details of insurance at 1/8/18 which contains date and time.There are no any other terms like 15 days minimum period required.My cow death @15/8/2018 @12:50 .I claim for the insurance but they saying that reported claim within 15 days that's way they say claim is rejected.But at the time of paying insurance my cow I am not got any of this terms and conditions and no any hard written doccuments .I get 3 insurance at the same day for my 3 newly purchased cow.Now I contact the branch but they deny to show doccuments which contains that rule and also they say you can go to court.Please do something .I am housewife and by my saving after 4 years purchase this three cows.And at the time of photographer from their company arrive then he said clean the cow's ear below the tag by water and taken photograph.I mention all claim detail below.
