Sir, मैंने 2 Feb को deoria से Tata docomo ka sim खरीदा था, जिसका मोबाइल number 7275835597 है ! मैंने 20 रुपये देकर sim लिया ! Sim लेते वक्त sim बेचने वाले ने कहा कि 5 घण्टे के अंदर frc हो जायेगा ! लेकिन उसका frc 18 फरवरी तक नही हुआ था ! फिर मैं किसी काम से 19 फरवरी को देवरिया गया तो, उनसे कहा कि मेरे नंबर पर अभी तक frc नही हुआ है, तो उन्होंने मुझसे पुनः 10 रुपये frc करने के लिये माना तो मैंने दे दिया !
