My Tata sky I'd is 1217013471. Sony channels are not working from last two months. There is autopopulated pop up that if you want to activate please give a miss call or SMS on given number.
Now, I have activated sony TV and Sony Sab by messaging for which my 3 rupees cut.

i had online recharge of tata sky voucher of Rs.420/- through my net banking after recharge when i start my connection there where software problem and connection was not working so on same day i raise the request to start a connection but due to software download issue its was not done. I raise the request for refund for my money and i dont want to strat the connection due to its paid service.

I am customer of Tata sky since 1 year. My registered mobile number is 9427167166. Since last few days I am unable to watch Tata sky all channels. I have already contact Tata sky representative. They advised me for technician visit at my home which costs some charges. I think it's Tata sky's duty to give their customer uninterrupted entertainment. This charge is illegal.
