I had brought the you broadband services in the February 2018. They told me the plan was for 12 months + 2 months extra validity. I brought the plan and the validity was not received, so they said that in Jan 2019, when 1 month is left for the plan to expire it will automatically be extended.
I have been telling them since Jan 15, 2019, that the extension has not been granted yet but they are not replying properly.

they have activated my account, but not providing proper service, which they have insure me,
And from 14/01/2019 , my broadband connection is not working, i made complain at you broadband india limited, but till date they have not resolve my complain, even i am taking regular follow up about status of my complain but they are not interested in customers complain.
