My Complaint Description:
Due to some meas understanding i am recharge at wrong account is VC No : 01514676010 amount of 1500 through the Paytm account, I want back that recharge in my original account to VC No. 01514676040 (Account holder name is Thacker Jagdish Shantilal) i hope you resolve my issues as soon as possible.
I am also try to resolve this issue by Dish-TV Customer-care but they was replayed me that sorry sir we dont have any mechanism to resolve this issue.
I am already send email as well as the payment receipt regarding to it to [email protected]

  2. DishTV customer care and technical team sucks.They are blood suckers. Every time you call them, they will give you a new timeline. I am really fed up with the customer. Despite of a big brand, they dont care of the customers. Feeling foolish to have dishtv connection. Pathetic service from you guys.
    I raised complaint 341587304/VC_NO 01526358963. They told that complain will get resolved in 24 hours. 24 hrs passed, but whenever I am calling, these guys are telling we have escalated the issue and your complaint will be resolved it next 2 hrs. For example, I called up on 15th evening, they told me that it be resolved @11AM on 16th. Nobody called me and when I called back @11AM on 16th, they told me that they will resolve it @1 O’clock and they have given me service manager number[whose name is sadiq].When till 1, nobody called me then I called service manager sadiq, he told me that he is sending technician and my problem will be resolved @4PM.When nobody came @4, I tried calling sadiq but he is not picking up my call. I called customer care again and they told me that your problem will be resolved @7PM and it guaranteed from dishtv. I thought that as they gave me guarantee, it will be resolved. But there guarantee was farji. I called them again and they told me that it will be resolved @9PM and its guaranteed. I called customer care more than 20 times and the numbers they have given, there also I called up more than 20 times. Still my problem is not resolved. Its better to stay away from distv. Until you buy set top box, they will keep calling you. But once you buy it, you are on your own. They will not bother to resolve your problem. Please stay away from distv.
