Accurate Aircon is Authorized service center of Mitsubishi Heavy Industry Ltd. , it situated at L/2/-Kalptaru Complex, B/h Premchand Nagar Row House, Parivar Society Cross Road, Vastrapur. Contact Details: M: 9104866644, 989876664/9824052223.

I called up them today to lodge the complaint for repairing of my AC. I informed them that my AC is 3 years old and it doesn't cover under warranty period. it would be on chargeable basis. The way of communicating of highly pathetic and highly rude and unprofessional. first i was informed about their visit charge Rs. 350 and Gas refilling charge Rs. 3500.

When i called after 5 minutes I was told that visit charge is Rs. 450 and Gas refilling charge is Rs. 4500. for your kind information first i called on mobile no. 9104866644 and second time i called on mobile no. 989876664. Deliberately i called on two different number. when i asked them i was informed charges Rs. 350 for visit charge and Rs. 3500 for gas refilling charge .

i was asked previously on which number you had called, i gave him details. The response he gave me was very atrocious.
Mr. Parag told me, we don't have any fixed standard of service charges, it purely depends upon us how much to be charged i can charge 2500 for gas refilling and Rs 5000 as well depends upon customer.

I am not a victim and i don't want to become victim as well. When i started asked in detailed and more information, these people gave such response. If i didn't ask them in detail, I would have been the victim.

These people are making foolish to thousands of people and by now they must have cheated thousands customers. The purpose of this complaint that certain action must be taken against them in order to prevent them to not to cheat any more.

It's my humble request you to treat this complaint on priority bases and take certain action. Moreover, please don't respond me that since you are not victim, so actions cannot be taken against them.

It is not necessary to be victim first and then you fight for it. I got to know sense about their unethical practice in advance, so i din't become their victim.
