Dear friends: Please read it and help me.
Dreams of digital india and poor service by SPIDIGO broadband,ahmedabad.
I hv purchased Spidigo broadband service around one and half month back.
I made full payment for 6 months for 24 hrs uninturrepted unlimited broadband service at 500 mbps.
For almost 1 month,there was no speed as prescribed even after repeated customer calls and engineers call.
After 1 month, they started giving data speed, but for just 3-4 hours in 2 days. So cheating to me,fraud to me continued.
I hv written e mails to [email protected] to cancel connection and refund my money back.
They havnt answered my email on this regard.
I m still waiting for another 7 days for their reply else i wl go to consumer court.
I need ur help in gandhigiri to show this fraud companies who takes customer for granted.
I request u to email them : [email protected] and ask for returning money on behalf of me. My id is : mb.patel
Here money is not that important.But its time to show these companies power of people, common men.
