RECENTLY BOOKED A CAR, CELERIO ZXI FROM POPULAR WHEELER'S PVT. LTD., SOLA, AHMEDABAD.

WE BOOKED A CAR ON 29TH OF DECEMBER 2015. AS AGREED BY DEALER, CAR WAS TO BE DELIVERED ON 30TH OF DECEMBER 2015. WE WENT TO THE SHOWROOM FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE CAR. WHEN WE REACHED THEIR, CAR WAS NOT IN A NEAT AND CLEAN CONDITION AS PER THE NORMS PRESCRIBED BY MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD. WE THEN ASKED FOR THE INSPECTION DETAILS AND PROCEDURE BY MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD. TO BE CARRIED OUT BY DEALER BEFORE DELIVERING THE CAR. WE WAITED AT SHOW ROOM FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS REQUESTING THE PRE-INSPECTION DELIVERY CHECK LIST AND WAITING FOR THE CAR TO BE CHECKED AND CLEANED PROPERLY. WE HAD TO LEAVE THE SHOW ROOM WITHOUT THE DELIVERY OF THE CAR ON 30TH OF DECEMBER.

WE THEN LAUNCHED THE COMPLAIN TO MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD. ABOUT THE PROBLEM WE FACED.
FINALLY THE CAR WAS DELIVERED BY THE DEALER ON 5TH OF JANUARY 2016. WE HAD COMPLETED ALL THE PROCEDURES/DOCUMENTATION ON THE SAME DAY.

WHILE SIGNING THE DOCUMENTS, WE ASKED THE DEALER REPRESENTATIVE MR. ANIL AND MR. PANKAJ AND THE CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER MR. SHARMA TO CHANGE THE DATE OF THE DELIVERY ON THE INVOICE AND OTHER RELEVANT DOCUMENT WHICH THEY DENIED TO CHANGE.

WE WERE FORCED TO GET THE INSURANCE AND RTO REGISTRATION PROCESS TO BE DONE BY POPULAR WHEELER'S PVT LTD. WHICH WE FELT WAS NOT OK. WE HAD TO AGREE TO THEM FOR BOTH TAKING INSURANCE OF THE CAR AND THE RTO REGISTRATION PROCESS WITH THEM.

POPULAR WHEELER'S PVT LTD HAD TAKEN A RESPONSIBILITY OF GETTING OUR CAR'S RTO REGISTRATION AND PASSING PROCEDURES. WE WERE NEVER UPDATED NOR COMMUNICATED ABOUT ANY INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESS AND PROCEDURES WHICH THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DO AT THEIR END TIMELY.

WE RECENTLY CONTACTED THE DEALING PERSON MR. ANIL, MR. PANKAJ AND MR. SHARMA REGARDING THE PROCEDURE IN EVENING ON 23RD JANUARY 2016. TILL THEN THEIR WAS NO UPDATE FORM ANY MEMBERS OF THE TEAM/EMPLOYEES AT POPULAR WHEELERS. AND SUDDENLY THEY WERE SAYING THAT AS THE REGISTRATION WAS NOT ON TIME A PENALTY OF RS 2100 WAS OUTSTANDING AT OUR END, WHICH WE WERE NEVER INFORMED ABOUT EARLIER. WE BELIEVE THAT THE POPULAR WHEELER'S PVT LTD HAD FAILED TO DO THE RTO REGISTRATION AND PASSING ON TIME AND/OR HAD PROCESSED THE DOCUMENTS WITH FALSE DATES.

WE FEEL THAT WE ARE BEING HARASSED FOR RAISING THE COMPLAINS AGAINST POPULAR WHEELER'S PVT LTD. TO MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD. AND NOT RESPONDING TO THE WORK UNDERTAKEN BY THEM FOR RTO REGISTRATION AND PASSING AND OTHER SUCH DOCUMENTATION PROCEDURES BY NOT PERFORMING THE PROCESS TIMELY, RESPONSIBLY AND NOT UPDATING US BY COMMUNICATION THE FACTS AND INFORMATION AT ALL.

WE REQUEST GRAHAK SURAKSHA TEAM TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS TO SORT OUT THE MATER AND GET US THROUGH THE PROBLEM WITH TRANSPARENCY IN THE PROCEDURE AND JUSTICE TO THE MATTER.
