Respected Sir / Madam,

At present, I am using service of Aircel. My Name is Sunil Ratnakar Paranjape. My Aircel No. is 7040927100.

Your request number for Aircel Complaints No.198 is always busy.

On 3rd March, 2016 my Aircel Balance was Rs.70.51. In the morning, it was observed that Rs.70.05 has been deducted from my balance and balance remained Rs.0.46 only. I was surprised and shocked. Please note that though I have not used Rs.70.05 for any telephone call or any internet service, how an amount of Rs.70.05 had been deducted from my balance ?. I have lodged my complaint on your Complaint Helpline 198, it is told from your helpline that your Complaint Reference No. is 1-22375133584 and your issue will be resolved and Rs.70.05 will be credited within 48 hours but still I have not received Rs.70.05.

Please note that I have already requested for DND (Do not disturb) option and this service is also activated. NCPR Reg. No. is 017648112593 (calls and SMS stopped by 29.08.15). Though this service has been already activated, how such type of unfortunate incidences are happening so many times ?

You are humbly requested to resolve this issue from your end and please credit Rs.70.05.

I hope, such type of unfortunate incidences will not occur in future.
