My Complaint Description:
I am aircel prepaid customer (Mumbai Reg.) & my aircel prepaid number is 8268868849 I am very disappointed about aircel service because of I done my last Rs. 174 recharge on past 4 to 5 days before recharged I was seen/checked my best offer on *121# no. offer mention there is as on 174 recharge you got 3GB DATA But when I recharged my account immediately I got 2GB DATA now after recharged 4 to 5 days was gone till I am not getting my remening 1 GB DATA & Also I called to aircel call center since past 4 to 5 days 20 times/day but they are taked my call & on reson of checking the information they hold my calls & cannot answered by taking time 30 to 60 minutes I am very disappointed about aircel service now I am deceided to go on to the consumer court & can file a complent. & if you are checking that 174 recharge offer today now also given as you can got 3GB DATA.
