My Complaint Description:
First thing is very very bad or totally WORST internet service. Within 3-8 days my internet goes off. What kind of service is this? Every 3-8 days I have to register a complain because the internet works totally like a shit. And luckily if its working then sometimes the speed is as low as 0.02 MBPS. What kind of service is this? It would be better for me to use a 2G internet rather than using AIRLINK. It would be faster, cheaper and with no problems. Next is customer support. When your internet goes off, we call to customer service to register a complaint. But these smart customer support executives doesnot register the complaint. If demanded furiously and with an order then they register a complaint. What kind of customer support is these? And MOST IMPORTANT THING is that whenever we have used their service upto some point they seriously makes our internet service closed. What kind of service is this? I have experienced it many times. Within my first month of subscription I have made 38 minutes of calls to register a complaint. Also have experienced 6 times in 2 months that customer support executive doesn't write the complaint. Totally WORST INTERNET SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER REFER SOMEONE TO USE SUCH INTERNET SERVICE. EVEN IF IT IS FREE, YOU SHOULDN'T TAKE THIS INTERNET SERVICE.
