My Complaint Description:
I have taken a connection of Ailink Internet at Surat. My ID is RAMDEV303. At the time of registered connection, I have made cleared that after 3 months i will be shifted to my new house with full address which was under construction. At that time Mr. Jagesh allowed to shifted at new place within 1 day after register shifting request. I have registered my connection shifting request from last 15 days but yet it hasn't shift. I have wasted lots of calls and time behind it. Today I called to Mr. Bharat and came to know that they will refused to shift the connection. I have asked his superior or manager's contact no from Mr. Jagesh, Mr. Bharat and customer care executives but nobody provide me it. I have used You Internet connection from last 6 years but never got this types of rude behavior from his staff. CRF no. of my transfer request is 104489. I want to provide me extra days which i have lost in transfer. I requesting you to be the needful for the same.
