My Complaint Description:
I have taken 4G connection. But never got a 4G equivalent speed. Infact my 3G mobile connection gives far better speed.

After taking this connection – I found , how such a big organization be unethical.

1. No where you will find no to reach their customer support.
2. Complaining through TRAI also never makes move. Don't bother & appears to have good relation with TRAI.
3. Company don't give any attention to their customer who pays time.
4. Important part of that if you call there toll free no – you are offer for 2 options. 1 for new connection & 2 for lost SIM.
5. Their complete portal works fine. But if you click the complaints tab "register a request/complaint" – it returns error "Your connection is not secure…..The owner of ebpp.airtelworld.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.Advanced info: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP
6. I stayed in Pimple Saudagar – where approximately 45,000 braodband users stays in approximately 4 Sq Km Area. It irritates me – when I see their lies in Advertisement.

Request you to look into the same and resolve the problem.
