With reference to the above pls note I am not getting the desired speed, as per the either advertisement or the tariff plan.

My issues and general observations are below:

1. speed is always very poor. I can provide you random sample.
2. Airtel portal do not show – the call center no, for quick support. Very difficult to find the support center at the time of need.
3. Airtel written complaint says "Please note that due to a technical issue our system is undergoing an up gradation. There will be a delay in our response. We will try and respond to you in next 24 hours." or "I have registered your complaint and the reference number is SR67445871. Kindly note that you will receive an update from our team on the status of your complaint by 01:00 pm on 30/01/2016". The later is the response for call reported on 25-Jan-16 mail.
4. When I am existing user of Airtel LTE (4G), marketing and advertisement is useless for me. Instead – i should get prompted for customer support.

Pls address this at the earliest and resolve the speed issue encounter at present.

  1. Past 3 days there is no connection. I searched from net and found one helpdesk no 18001034444. Once I call that – I got an SMS in Marathi; which states that your BJP Member no is so and so..

    This is very pathetic service from Airtel.. Chasing behind is so frustrating and created mental trauma.
