मेरा नाम दिनेश प्रजापति है मे नरोडा अहमदाबाद गुजरात का रहने वाला हु। मेरा ऐरटेल मोबाईल नंबर है 9974527782 ये नंबर मेने 17/08/2016 को पोस्टपेड मे चालू करवाया था,मुझे जो प्लान बताया गया था वो 299रु मे 3G 1GB ईन्टरनेट उसके बाद 2G अनलिमिटेड ओर 300 मिनट टोकटाईम था।
लेकीन कार्ड चालू होनेके बाद मूजे 2G इन्टरनेट नही दीया ओर 300मीनीट कि जगा 200मीनीट दीया। अब जो ज्यादा चार्ज बिल मे लगा है वो कम करनेसे मना कर रहे है
तो महरबानी करके मेरी समस्याका समाधान कीजीऐ।
