Respected Sir,
I have a Complain For My Balance Cut Of From Airtel.
On 7th September I Activated an Internet Plan In to my Mobile Form Dialling *129*4# and The Plan Was This in 198rs They Give Me 2gb of 2G data and Validity is for 28 days That Means 7th September to 4th October.So on 4th October i m using my Internet N Suddenly Message Appears on my Mobile Screen That Your Balance is Rs.21.So i just call to the Airtel Customer care So They Said ur Validity is finished.I said How ? So they said Your Validity is Valid for 4th October 10.48am only But They Dont Send Any Messages Before 4th October to Inform me That Your Validity Finish on 4th October. And Obviously I Thought That My Validity Is Finished On 4th October 11.59pm.They Are Not Even Massage Me That Your Validity Is Finished On 4th October 10.48am.They Just Message That Your Validity Is Expire on 4th October.Not Even Told Me After I Activated My Internet Packs.And When I Request Them To Refund My Cut of Balance They Said We Can't Give To You.And This Problems Happened to Me Twice.Sir I Can't Do Anything With Them But I Wish You Can Do This For Me.Thank You Sir.http://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/72×72/1f614.png” alt=”?” class=”wp-smiley” style=”height: 1em; max-height: 1em;” />
