I hv entered into an agreement with airtel for broadband services under the tariff plan guj flash sab (half yearly) plan on 21/01/2014 and paid a chq of rs. 3090/-. There after I hv made 3 subscription of rs. 3300 and 3600 respectively. And the payment made was effective till 26th January 2016.
I am a retired man and due to some personal problem I was away frm ahmedabad and came back only on 2nd March and found that net is inoperative (disconnected) due to lack of payment.
When I hv entered for 6 months plan without any information they hv put me under monthly scheme Andy now claims rs. 2500/- for no faulty of mine.
Kindly intervene into the matter and help me out.
