My Complaint Description:
Dear sir,

i had a complaint paid number (9998682423) of Airtel. They charge in my bill 175 Rs. as a booster plan which belongs to GPRS SCHEME. in month of april and may 2015. i was not send any request to start GPRS SCHEME. This scheme started from company automatically.i was not use any data and i haven't mobile which is use full for GPRS. The AIRTEL company has my excess amount 196.00 in my account and the agree with me. but i pay two time 175 +175 = 350 + service tax. so y i should accept only 196 rs. and they charge additional 100 rs. as a late fees..
