My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir/Madam,
We had an office at Ramdevnagar Char Rasta, Satellite Ahmedabad. We were using Airtel as our internet and landline service provider. Co called and offered us deal for advance payment for better price and more data. We agreed upon their offer and paid Rs 13072.46 on 7-1-16. By end of the month we asked the co if they can transfer service to Devashish, Nr Mocha Restaurant, satellite. Distance is about 1-1.5 KM from previous office. They confirm that they will be able to transfer service to this location in 5 working days. So we Shifted our office to new location expecting service. After 5 days, they declined to provide service to new location. When we asked for refund, they refused to refund money. Kindly help us recover money for the service that we are not getting. We have SMS proof where they confirmed transfer of service in 5 days.
