My Complaint Description:
Dear sir,
My name is Gautam M Patel and working in M/s GNFC company, Bharuch, Gujarat and I have applied in AIRTEL for new mobile connection which number was 7490031393 under GOG scheme . I have submitted all necessary documents to avail new SIM card of AIRTEL. After submission of documents there was call from AIRTEL document verification and it was succesful. I have got SIM card on 29/08/2016 but 3 days passed but SIM card not activated drom AIRTEL.
Then I complain in AIRTEL and they replied that you have more than 5 connection on your name so you can't take one more connection. So I request them please return my all documents which were submitted for new AIRTEL connection but they refused to return my document and replied that it is compant's policy and we can't return the document to you.
So I want justice that either return my documents to me which submitted for new mobile connection or activate my new AIRTEL connection.

Basis our discussion on 9558825859, I would like to inform that your document has already updated in our system, and the same we are unable to return back to you.

Further, Please be informed that I have checked our system and found that the dedupe result is positive i.e, already there are multiple connections in your name, therefore you cannot take one more connection. Hence your new connection has not been activated.

Our effort has always been to provide enhanced customer experience, we request you to write us back, if you come across any issues in future, so that, we may further follow up on the same and work towards resolving the issue.

I will not surrender any mobile no. If you don¿t able to activate my new airtel connection 7490031393 then please return my document. Because I am the owner of the my legal documents. If airtel is not able to activate my extra mobile connection then my documents must be returned to me and also I didn¿t have this extra mobile connection activation on my submitted documents.

Please either return my documents to me which were submitted for new mobile connection or activate new mobile no. without surrendering any existing mobile connection.

Further if you wish to activate your new connection I request you to surrender any one of the connection which is in your name and which is not in use, so that we can disconnect the specific number and we can activate your new connection.
