My Complaint Description:
Past 1-2, years i have complained to them many a time about this flow in data usage calculation. Basically when we check data usage it shows something different and when they send bill it shows something different.

although i have complained then many a times before they said that they wan't consider, excess charges older then 3 months.

after complaining so many times, this time only they said they will take action.

as per my understanding, when you show something to customer and charge for something else, it's clear cheating.

i have proof for this if its needed.
