Hello,
I strongly regret about airtel customer services and really disappointed as i have never seen worst response from staff of airtel

My number is 9898110341.recently my brother in law called to Australia around 1 and half an hour which charged 180rs per minute.surprisingly credit limit is 3500 and phone was continue.i have complained plenty times over phone and went to store with hope of resolution.there is a straight calculation even though a manager replied we will reduce 7000 as airtel running a bargain market.Before phone to Australia my brother in law called to customer service to find out what charges will apply and according to him 12rs per minute & then i called on number but which isnt gone through so i called customer care once again and complain about some so he told me to activate advance isd so i can connect any number to Australia when i asked about advance isd charge he replied " wo to jo lagega wo lagega " he didn't explain about perticuler rate .i went to airtel store plenty of times still no solution. They have voice recording but still they not ready to accept the mistake . They barred my services 6 to 8 times . I am using this card since 7 years . That's how Airtel cheat their customers. Worst than any other company . I wasted my time & pissed off by their rediculous response . I hope i can get some solution on it.
