I was using three AIRTEL POSTPAID (viz. No: 7228888326, 7228888325 & 7228888327) connection nearly for the last 14 to 15 months. Getting good coverage at my residence also. But since August 2016 all three connection were not getting proper coverage in my residence, but if I step out from my residence & take 3 to 4 step out will get full coverage. I have complained on all possible level following all required steps for registering complaint. Few days back after continuous chasing one person named Akash visited my home and check the coverage, he assured me that "your complaint is genuine and he will revert back within two days" this is the words he spoken. But now nearly 10 to 15 days passed complaint is still there getting no coverage at home, AIRTEL are sending reminder to pay bill by due date, why should I pay the bill when I was not getting coverage at my residence?
