My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing this statement against my complaint to Airtel.
I had submitted my documents for converting my prepaid sim card to postpaid connection on 19/05/2016 at Airtel store, Barcelona circle, Odhav, Ahmedabad-382415. As per the commitment my sim card was activated for use but somehow it was deactivated on 25/05/2016 without information so i went to the Airtel store for resolution. A representative had given me new sim card and committed that it will be reactivated within 4 hours but still it was not happened. So i called to customer care on 26/05/2016 and explained the problem, a representative had committed me that your sim card will be activated within 7 hours but still it was not happened so against i called to customer care on 28/05/2016 in the morning and ask for the same, this time the commitment was for 30 minutes and they failed. Again called to customer care and talked with senior representative and asked for resolution, this time i told him that i am going to complaint to "Grahak Suraksha" so he confirmed me that you don't want to complaint, your sim card will be activated within 24 hours. So today morning when i checked for whether my sim card is activated or not but still it doesn't happened. So lastly i called to customor care today and a lady representative told me that you need to go the store and exchange your existing sim with new one.
Airtel store is officially closed as today is a Sunday.
I am very disappointed with the service/respond given by Airtel.
I am loosing my business during these days for my contact number +91 9725351914 is registered for my business purpose. I am expecting favourable response.
