Airtel DTH services.

Airtel DTH account no – 3012735907 – 001
Before September 2015 My Airtel DTH was not recharged for few months by me.
So In the month of September Airtel DTH services has given me offer that, If you recharge with Rs. 1465 we will give additional 6+6 month for your account. Therefore I have recharge the same amount on 19.09.2015 with transaction ID 138833223.
During that time of September 2015, I have dual cross check and call to airtel costumer care and they replied for that balance 6 months will care forward after 6 month.
Now On 1st & 8th march i received massage from Airtel to recharge my account to get continues services, So I have call to customer service to note down my offer but now a day they told me that aitel had never give you this kind of offer and it does not view in our airtel system. So do recharge and get continual services of your dth.
As my family need TV shows as continual, I am going to recharge my account today as family requirement.
