My Complaint Description:

I have two mobile numbers for my and my wife. I have give request for the number transfer from Post paid to Prepaid on 30 January, 2016. I have paid pending balance on the day of conversion request.

1. My First number 9172776778 is deactivated for two days i.e. 2nd and 3rd Feb 2016. And then number started with new sim card. After number activated I am not able to call because of not able to recharge with this number.

2. My Second number 9004838855 is still in progress for converting from post paid to pre paid. Old sim is still active and new sim is still not activated.

Its been more than one month, lots of calls to customer care and visited many times into gallery but they are not able to justify for above issues.

These are my primary numbers and getting too much issues with numbers.
