My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i have submitted my Blackberry Z3 Handset at Alix system Bhavnagar since 19th April 2016 due to Touch pad related issue after checking they suggested by please replace the same with fresh mobile with six month warranty for replacement they charge me 7500/- and they committed me you have received fresh mobile within one month. After one month i have followup but handset is not received at service station we have followup every weak but answer has same"Still handset is not received due to Fresh mobile stock is not available at Blackberry once received we will call you."

After long waiting we have received but condition is worst . so i have told them please back my faulty headset and 7500/- which is pay for replacement purpose but we have not received proper answer.

It is my humble request you to please help to solve it as i have facing lots of issues due to this.
