My Complaint Description:
i m order 8th November micro max led 40inch TV.but till 14th November no progress in product.i m call him to 10 November to every day but every time they say me your product is ready to dispatch .and 15th November they dispatch order to gati courier .that time i m say them this courier branch is not available in 360575 pin area.but they say me your order you get before 26th November.and they give me my order docket no is also not valid.that no is 556077849.last two day i m tray to track my order but no data found.
so i m call today again to amazon they say me your order is already sant to gati courier and you will get your product 26th November.and say gati is not update your product tracking i m call to gati they say this docket no is invalid.
so today 5.30pm i m call again to amazon this time they say your product is damage during handover to gati courier .and say me your order is cancel and say place new order with new price.
my question is that without handover courier to gati.they how get docket no.
and every time they give me different answer about my product
i have all recording data when i m talk to him
