My Complaint Description:
I have ordered two items on January 26th under special offer of 10% cash back on Order details are
ORDER # 402-4107826-6664309 – 256GB SSD – 1 no and
ORDER # 402-6643360-5508338 – Asus laptop – 1 no
As per Amazon scheme, I am supposed to get 10% cash back on both items, but till today no cash is received from Amazon.
Contacted Amazon several times and following is the communication received from Amazon
Received on august 8th, 2015.
"Hello Arvind,
I've checked your account and see the order #402-6643360-5508338 placed on 26 January 2015 for Rs. 21,299.00.
I'm sorry, but there seems to have been a delay in crediting the cashback to your account. I will escalate this with the bank and get back to you with an update in the next Three business days. It may take upto 10 business days for us to resolve the issue, but will keep you complainted on this
I apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope we get a chance to serve you again.
Your patience in this matter is highly appreciated.
Thank you for your understanding. We hope to see you again soon.

Can anyone suggest, how do I nail Amazon and force them give cash back due to me. I have been wasting enough time by calling them and receiving stereotyped response.
