My Complaint Description:
I Have Purchased a Moto G4 Plus from Amazon.
I Receiced the Product on 15th July. Now After 15 Days of Using i am Facing
Huge Problem With This Phone.
The Phone Gets Switch off by Himself 20-25 Times or More in a Single Day.
After 15 Days it Shows That its Not Eligible For Return For Replace.
And the Replys from Amazon Executives are very Rude and Arrogant they said
tht it is Not our Reaponsibility.
Its Been 5 days After Complaining and My Problem Is Still Unsolved.
The Answers From Amazon Executives Are Really Rude. Not At All Helpful Answers to Customers.
They Said Its Not Our Responsibility.
According to Your Solution i Have Contacted Motorola Service Center Too and According to they i Have to Put My Mobile in service Center and it will take 20-25 Days to Rectify and Solve That Problem.
They Said That There is Hardware Problem and it is not acceptable if phone gets Hardware Problem Within 15 Days After Purchasing.
and it is Not at all Acceptable to Put My New Phone to Service Center in Just 15 Days After Purchasing.
It Is Clearly Visible That It Is Faulty Product Still Amazon and Motorola are Not Understanding My Problem and Not Solving My Problem.
Its My Kind Request To Solve My Problem.
All I Want is The Replacement Product.
Please Help Me
