Dear Sir,
before this i already given complain about this for my previous order. but i didn't get any solution from your side. as a customer i am expecting result this time as soon as possible. here below i wrote something that i send to amazon customer care, from that you will get idea what is actual problem. still i didn't get any response from them. SIR KINDLY TAKE STRICT ACTION ABOUT THIS. HOPING POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE

(the worst experience with amazon is still going on.
this time i ordered 3 items and get assurance that i will get my order by 18th april 2018 any how, but i checked on amazon application, it shows order may be deliver late.
i want to know why every time you people are keep telling same reason, and not improving your services, even i didn't get any message regarding this, i checked in application hence i come to know. means you people has not enough time to inform your customer.
i order this item through AMAZON PAY balance, it means if i want my money back than i can not use it for another purpose, anyhow i have to use it in amazon. means you people are indirectly boding us.
NOW this time i am complaining in GRAHAK SURKSHA KENDRA.
I want my ORDER on 18th April 2018 or i am going to court.
At least before giving any reply, checked my whole purchase history and checked how much i suffered after order.
i am having so many questions:
Is my time is not important? (after order i have to spend my time to call customer care/ typing mails/telling description of my inconvenience)
is my money having no value? (i added money in amazon pay balance which can use only for buying something on amazon, means i can not use it for another purpose)
am i not important as customer? (see my whole order history, you will get answer)

now in next mail you will get my complaint in Grahak surksa kendra. and
i don't need answer, i want RESULT and SOLUTION.
