My Complaint Description:
I ordered a product from nd paid through netbanking.
I then received the product and the product was not as it was seen online on the screen so i requested for returns of the product. The seller denied to take return of the product so the amazon executive asked me to file a claim against the seller and he himself filed a claim against the company. After this i got a mail from the company to ship the product to the seller. when i shipped the product, the seller refused to accept and here i paid 1400 Rs as shipping costs which was promised to be reimbursed by the company. As the seller refused to accept the shipment, i received the shipment back and i borne the courier return costs of Rs 2000. I have the receipts of all the costs borne by me. Now after 40 days of filing the cliam and 60 days of receiving the product, the company says that the product cannot be returned as the product was opened. i have called the company at least 25 times in the last 40 days and wasted around 40 minutes on each call. This has become a big harassment on me. I request you to solve this issue with Amazon as soon as possible.
