Dear Sir/Madam,

We had ordered Mobile Phone 'MOTO G' from Amazon on 22nd September, 2016 and we got it delivered by 25th September, 2016. Now they had specified that they have 10 day replacement policy. We called them and told them that we want its replacement and want to order some other phone in the same range as we dint liked the quality of the phone. We were told that we will be called by MOTO company to resolve our problem but we dint got any call yet.
Today we called them and told them to return the product they denied for the same. I hereby request you to please solve my problem as we are not getting response from Amazon.
Amazon people are saying MOTO G people will contact you but there is no call since last three days.
I had ordered the phone on my wife’s name and details.
