My Complaint Description:
This is complain is against the company Amazon India.
I ordered a Fujifilm Instax Mini 7s Mini selfie lens which is of Rs 499 I made the payment already through my debit card,
My order was expected to deliver on 16 June 2016. It never got delivered to me.
When I called up on 18 June Regarding the case one of their executive picked up the call and confirmed that the product is not delivered and told me to wait for 48 hours as they were contacting the seller. The seller responded in negative and said that the product is delivered already.

I called up again the executive of the Amazon said the product is already delivered. They set up a A-Z gurantee claim looking into my issue but then after two weeks they also gave a negative reply saying it cannot be claimed as the product is delivered and signed under my name.

I requested Amazon that I don't need any refund, I just want you to send me the slip/acknowledgement that I have recieved it they can at least show me the receipt on which I have signed but they are refusing they cannot help.

The product was to delivered by the Blue Dart Service and a person called Kishan delivered they are saying this to me,I don't know who is Kishan and How come he had my sign when I never signed any receipt for the delivery.

I just need my product which I have ordered and made payment also.
