My Complaint Description:
I have Ordered to Amazon as per below Details:
Order Total-1876.00 INR(4 Items)
This order contains 4 unstitched Dress materials,as this order delivered me on 07-oct-2017.
I have found that only one Material in this,instead of 4.
After So many Daily complaints they have agreed and asked me for return the 1 I have received and in reply they will dispatch all 4 together,
Courier guy take that one on 9-oct-2017.
Again they have mistake to make this replacement they have made replacement order of 3 only.
By seeing this order in my Account I have contacted them again to ask about 4th one and they apologized and replied that they will sent back that one also.
Now at the time of Delivery of that 3 dress material on 13-oct-2017 I have seen that only two dress material is that.
From then I am daily(some times twise a day) call Amazon's customer service and ask them for refund of remaining two they all agreed every time but no one has refunded that amount to me.
Requesting you to Help out to get my refund as soon as possible.
