1. I HAVE MY MOBILE INSURANCE WITH APPSDAILY SOLUTION P. LTD.
2. MY MOBILE SONY Z1 DISPLAY HAS BROKEN AND I GAVE TO APPSDAILY SOLUTION P. LTD. BRANCH LOCATED IN VIRAR AT THAT TIME MY MOBILE NETWORK WAS WORKING PROPERLY AND THERE IS NO OTHER PROBLEM IN MY MOBIKLE
3. I GAVE MY MOBILE SONY Z1 TO APPSDAILY SOLUTION P. LTD. ON 25TH JULY 2016 AND THAT TIME MY MOBILE NETWORK WAS WORKING PROPERLY BUT AFTER 25 DAYS (APPROXIMATELY) I RECEIVED MY MOBILE THAT TIME MY MOBILE DISPLAY WAS REPAIRED BUT MY MOBILE NETWORK WAS GONE.
4. NEXT DAY I VISIT AIRTEL GALLERY FOR MY NETWORK ISSUE BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN NETWORK THERE IS PROBLEM IN MOBILE AND SAME DAY I RETURN MY MOBILE SONY Z1 TO APPSDAILY SOLUTION P. LTD. AND AFTER AROUND 10 DAYS I RECEIVED MY MOBILE BUT THE PROBLEM OF NETWORK WAS NOT SOLVED AND I RETURN MY MOBILE AT SAME TIME TO APPSDAILY SOLUTION
5. I RECEIVED MOBILE AGAIN THERE IS A PROBLEM OF NETWORK AND LIKE THIS I HAVE GIVEN MY MOBILE 4 TO 5 TIMES BECOZ OF NETWORK ISSUE AND FROM LAST TWO MONTHS MY MOBILE IS WITH APPSDAILY SOLUTION AND BECOZ OF THAT I HAVE TO FACE SO MANY PROBLEM BECOZ MY ALL WORK IS DEPEND ON MOBILE ONLY
6. FINALY I VISIT APPSDAILY SOLUTION P. LTD. HEAD OFFICE LOCATED IN ANDHERI ON 28TH SEPT. 2016.
7. THERE I MEET SRISHTI MADAM (MOBILE NO. 08108502858) AT 3.00 P.M. AND WE TOLD HER ABOUT MY MOBILE SONI Z1 PROBLEM AND SHE CHECK ALL THE DETAILS OF MY MOBILE AND IT TOOK 1 HOUR TO CHECK AND AFTER 1 HOUR SHE COME TO US AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO CHECK YOUR MOBILE SONI Z1 QUALITY CHECK REPORT AND ALSO TOLD ME THAT QUALITY CHECK REPORT COME AFETR 1 HOUR.
8. I CALLED HER AFTER 3 HOURS AND SHE TOLD ME THAT YOUR MOBILE (SONY Z1) QUALITY CHECK REPORT WAS FAILED AND THAT TIME SHE ALSO TOLD ME THAT WE GET NEW MOBILE OR CASH BACK AND ALSO TOLD THAT SHE HAVE TO DISCUSS THIS WITH HER SENIOR (NILESH SIR)
9. ON 29TH SEPT.,2016 I CALLED HER BUT SHE IS NOT PICKING MY CALL THAN AFTER SOME TIME I CALLED HER AGAIN BUT SHE IS NOT PICKING MY CALL AND FINALLY I SPOKE WITH SALIM KHAN AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAVE TO DISCUSS MY MOBILE NETWORK PROBLEM WITH SRISHTI MADAM.
10. AFTER SOME TIME THEY CALLED ME AAND TOLD ME THAT MY MOBILE WAS REPAIRED AND SENDING THROUGH COURIER.
11. BUT NOW I DON'T WON'T THAT MOBILE RETURN BECOZ IT WAS REPAIRED 5 TO 6 TIME AND IT WAS TOTALLY DAMAGE
12. DEAR MADAM KINDLY NOTE THAT A CUSTOMERS FAITH IN THE BRAND IS FOR THE QUALITY AND SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY. WE HAVE SENT THE PHONE ALMOST 4-5 TIMES TO THE SERVICE CENTER AFTER REPEATED FAILURE OF THE OPERATION OF THE PHONE. IN SPITE OF BEING PATIENT WITH THE SITUATION AND TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER CARE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM THEIR END.
13. WE DENY TO ACCEPT THE REPAIRED PHONE AND DEMAND FOR CASH BACK AS WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF THE PHONE FOR THE MONEY PAID TO BUY IT.
14. I PAID MONEY FOR MOBILE NOT FOR DAMAGE MOBILE.
