This is reg order no.AB8924264 with askmebazaar.com for Samsung Solo Microwave Oven – MS23F301TAK/TL placed on 11th Jan 2016 for which I have already made the payment online.
Till date 22th Jan 2016 I have not received the product and after several calls to their customer care no. 0444 444 4444 I just get to hear sorry sir we don't have details on your order but it is confirmed and you will get it soon. On inquiring if I can atleast get shipping details so that i can check with courier company they provided me with courier name Gati but no tracking number. I wish to know if the product is coming from Japan via surface as it is taking so much time.
