Dear Sir,

I ordered for a 5-in-1 Air sofa from Ask me bazaar and received the item for which I paid Rs.2500/- Cash(COD). On filling the sofa with Air I found that the sofa is damaged and air leaks out of the Air Sofa-cum-bed and the product is not usable. Immediately on the same day I raised the complaint in the askmebazaarcom/ support/ticket and I was issued the ticket no. 31456 on 18-12-2015 to my E-mail. After this to review the progress of my complaint I was constantly logging in to the ticket area of askmebazaar/support/ticket/31456 and view for further updates. The site was showing "Processing" even after 2 weeks. Then I became anxious and contacted their customer care no. 044-444-4444. I was told that they don't know anything about the complaint ticket since the ticket serving team and the customer support team is different. When I requested for the ticket team's phone number they were not in a position to do that. However they told me to wait for 10 working days. Then I was checking into the ticket site for updates. Then all of a sudden they closed the complaint without resolving the complaint nor refunding the money. When I contacted them again they told me to raise another ticket. I couldn't understand the reason for this. So as per their direction the same was done with ticket no. 38454. Every day I use to check the status. The status was showing "Processing" all these days." Then 5 days back there was a mail stating that my Bank IFSC Code is to be updated. For that I E-mailed to them my Pass Book Front Page with Photo ID which contain all details regarding my Bank A/c. After that their site shows that "Awaiting your response.". I am unable to understand what response they require from me. Now 4 weeks are over after raising the first complaint 31456. They are simply prolonging the case instead of solving my genuine grievance. Now when I logged into the site I was shocked to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also without solving the issue or refunding the money. When contacted they told me that the defective item would be collected first. Then I told them to do it immediately and also told them not to close the grievance the ticket until justice is given. My experience with on-line purchase from on line stores like shopclues, amazon, flipcart, Lot of stock is that the customer support team is very friendly, very quick in response and the TAT(Turn around Time) to solve grievances is within a maximum of 7 days. The experience in askmebazaar is very much indifferent, we would be anxious, with much tension, no TAT, no response from the given support phone number and we are wasting much of our precious time in follow up action. Even after 4 weeks my grievance remains same. On the other hand they have closed both the tickets without initiating action to pickup the defective product nor refunding the money. Now God only knows whether I would get back the hard earned money lost a month back.
