Guys please refrain from buying any product from Ask Me Bazaar, They are cheating by either not delivering products and updating the system about product delivered or they will send Faulty products. The customer service details

is just a myth. Once you call them they will ask you to go to Buyer Support link on website and help yourself.
I ordered an Ambrane P-1500 Power Bank on 18th Nov 2015 and kept on following on calls and mails. The product was not delivered until 25th Nov 2015 when I had to travel. They delivered the product to someone in my absence and updated the status as back dated immediately. In addition to that there is no email or SMS or call update to you that the product is delivered to the address.
On testing a 15600mAh power bank which needs 3-4 days, we found it faulty. Since I am not in India I had to make an international call to ask help from customer care which was denied saying we cannot help in this matter since the delivery date is more than 48 hrs old.
Now I'm left with a faulty Product delivered and customer services ask us to help ourselves. Moreover the product or the seller is no more labelled on the site. The product had 1 year warranty which cannot be used as no warranty card delivered.
Since I paid only few thousands to get the faulty product, I don't want my friends out there to be fooled by this fake company and lucrative but no so true offers.
