My Complaint Description:
I purchased Samsung original powerbank worth rupees 599 on which they gave discount 60%, at that time I have doubt and call customer care of Askmebazaar.com in which they said that it's original piece and you can got warranty too.
But when I got piece it's damage one and I am scared that there is only powerbank means no Bill in my box. And honestly said that product was looking like duplicate.So I again call customer care and write complaint about it.At that time I also complaint against sellers who sell me this product to Askmebazaar.com but they said that we are not responsible for this, we are just BRIDGE between you and sellers. We just provide Warehouse.And your money will be credited to your account when your product will callback.Now product is callback and when I call customer care they said your complaint is on progress.
Now I have 2 point here :
A company which sell products all over india, he MUST be responsible for each and every product not only sellers and actually customer purchase products from Askmebazaar.com so he must be help because seller and customer have no relation in this picture.
Here if seller sells duplicate product or not providing bill, Askmebazaar.com must be punished because he provide platform so he must be checking all sellers products and give permission to sell from his website.
Second point still I DON'T get my money.
