My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,

I purchased one SONY power bank from askme with online payment
of Rs.749/- on 06.04.2015 but the message came of a glitch in payment
so your order can not be processed. But the amount was deducted from my account.

Order ID:- AB2146894

But next day i received a msg that the order is confirmed and will be delivered
and the product is recieved on 14.04.2015, but the courier boy took another
Rs. 749/- for the product as he said that it is cash on delivery order.

I have complained 7-8 times on the contact number of askme but after
still 50 days , i have not received the refund of my money.

So i request you to kindly refund me as soon as fast.
