My Complaint Description:
I had ordered a Xiomi 10400 Mah Powerbank from AskmeBazzar.com which I received on 20th June 2015.
On opening the box I found that the power bank was not genuine and it was fake
The user manual provided with the product was in Chinese language. Moreover there was no warranty card with it. I even confirmed with the official website of Xiomi i.e. http://www.mi.com/verify/ and I got a full proof that the product provided to me was fake since the said website did not accepted my product code as a genuine code.
I called them twice on on the same day of delivery of product on one after 15 days. Today is 12th August 2015 and all I have got is one call from their side saying that the issue will get resolved within 7 days. But a month has passed and they have not yet solved my issue.
Inst ed on the call the customer care executive disconnected the phone in between by saying, and I quote "Pagal hai kya ye" (Translation in English: "Is he Mad"). This is the kind of respect which they give to their customer.
During these days I even mailed them 4 times to which I have not got any response till now and now I am fed up.
These people have no respect and they don't know their duties and responsibilities.

Its been almost 2 months and no response from their side.
