My Complaint Description:
A motherboard has been buy on the date 01.12.2014 of ASKROCK COMPANY, model number H61M-DP3 it having (Warranty : 3 Years) , after sometime the motherboard creating some distrubance it automatically restarting simultaneously again and again .I register complain for customer care for servicing on the date 27.01.2016 after servicing i recieved the motherboard on 01.02.2016 , on that time they gave the motherboard of another model (model number H61M-S1 PLUS) when i return to home and start the computer after setting it ,it completely not responding i again register complain via retailer from where i brought it (name of the shop TECHNOCARE ) on the date 08.02.2016, after that, every twice in week i call to TECHNOCARE SHOP and ask for motherboard they say that the motherboard has not come yet….
AND TODAY 01.04.2016 TILL NOW I DONT GET MY MOTHERBOARD BACK FROM ASKROCK COMPANY………
