My Complaint Description:
I have purchased Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL from flipkart.on 15-10-15. But the piece is faulty. It doesn't capture Network Signal very well. 3G in BSNL works on my third floor but it doesn't work in first and second floor. While same simcard works fine in first and second floor in other mobiles. So I complained about it in flipkart so they tested it online through some software and said it's fine so we can't replace it. Then I complained about it in ASUS so they said we don't have service station in AMRELI but we have courier pickup system there so we will pick it up and get it serviced. After waiting for 10-15 days I called them again so they said we won't be able to pick it up you have to go to our service station which is 115 kms away from where I am staying. I argued with them but they didn't listen to me. So I gave up and using 2G internet.
