1) Since Apr'17 your 1 of 2 EMI is not debited from the account, after following their customer care said it is due to your Technical error. I frequently emailed to solve this but no replies for resolution from them since 5 months. I sent statements showing enough balance in my account to Mr. Rashmin, Zonal officer of AU (Awas) Finance after that he also stopped replying me.

2) However, after visits to their surat branch, Mr Guarang promised to resolve immediately & took the due payment chq. till due date. But mr yogesh took my signatures on blank forms saying its for problem correction, he said its because change in name of AU from AVAS & he also took blank undated cheques of my saving account saying has to do full process.

3) last month i saw rtn chq from my saving account & wonder what is that, later came to know that yogesh deposited those cheques after 3 months without informing me & also changed my EMI account from CA to SB by signing that blank forms he got signed from me.

4) He changed emi account from current to savings, without any information to me. He deposited my blank undated cheques without asking me.
Emi is not debited due to their technical error but they keep sending messages to CIBIL, Experian & Equifax that i am not making payments / delaying.

5) I requested them to a) rectify false information sent to all credit bureaus b) unregister my sb acc which they changed without information & continue with same ca acc for emis.

I have sent several emails to customer care, Nodal Officer, Zonal officer for above issue since may'17 but nobody replies for resolution till now. Also on their website complaint form but without any solution they updated closed status & no reply from there also (Complaint Ticket No. AU94542347)

Instead correcting mistakes their collection person comes at my home & shouting at my door using bad words to my family.

NOW TODAY SOMEBODY FROM JAIPUR Mr. SUKHBIR SIGH PHONED ME THAT HE HAS FILLED 138 SUIT AGAINST ME FOR NON PAYMENT OF EMIs.

INSTEAD SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM, they just keep giving me & my wife such threatening calls.
