Order no. 36051 was placed with Clothsnew.com on 12th May 2018 and was to be fulfilled by Cartlip Fashion. Received the package on 17th May 2018 but the contents of the package are not what i had ordered. I had ordered for two small kurtis. What i got was very cheap quality dress material. There is no contact number available on either of the websites where I can put up a request for return of the wrong product and ask for a refund of the money.

At the time of booking it was indicated that, installation should be done within 30 to 45days, now it’s more than 77 days but still there is no information about installation.

I tried calling on given customer care number, but every time, I receive same answer to wait for 30-45 days.
