My Complaint Description:
Uninor company are deducation balance on 8401803163. my balance deducte are early 3:23 am receive message music unlimited. I am not activated music unlimited facility & I contact to Uninor custmer care He say you contact to after three hours after three hours & after 30 hours I have not received my balance and he say after 72 hours. He is not give me a Rs.52.50/- balance in my account. Automatic Balance Deduction by Uninor.
I request for refund of my complete money and stop cutting of charges against unlimited music from my mobile prepaid connection AND COMPENSATE ME FOR THE SAME ACCORDINGLY
I have charges on Rs.100 on 15/07/2011 & that night they deducted Rs.50+2.50 for music unlimited which is their technical fault in his server on 15/07/2011. I am not interested in this service & request for balance refund me. they assure me to refund the balance in 72 hours. they all time say this words & not refund my balance. till date they assure for balance refund but not give any Rs. please help me to refund my balance. I don’t know why they are not deactivating this service , and taking away my money every time , although I had not subscribed this service also.
Please don’t cheat me and kindly refund my money.
Uninor give me a Rs.50/- balance as on 23-07-2011 – 11.30 am & after 4.30 pm deduct Rs.50/- and receive sms Music India unlimited renewal balance Rs.50/- deduct.
I say I am not active this facility because why are you deduct this amount and this facility time period 30 days for Rs.50/- and 15th July 11 to 23rd July 11 between 8 days.
Why are you deduct my balance for uninor company. Why are you chit me.
Please reply me immediately. I am confuse this problem & help me.
