My Complaint Description:
I closed the housing loan of Axis Bank on 8.9.18 and apply for the refund of Max Life Insurance Policy. I submitted the cancelled cheque of my IDBI Bank with Account Number 021104000193726 for deposit of Refund of Insurance.

Later on 16.10.18 ,I received the call from Miss.Simran Khalsa from Axis Bank Vadodara Branch ( Phone Number +917984783022 ) that they have wrongly deposit the money in to some other Person's ICICI Bank and they are in process of recall the money and they will deposit the same in to my IDBI bank within seven working days but till date refund not credited to my account.

I made numerous Calls to Customer care and at your branch and sent emails to customer care but i got the same reply that request is under process.

I also visited Axis Bank (Home Loan Division) Vadodara Branch several times and they are keep promising that the money will be refunded this week, next week ect ect.

It seems that Axis Bank will not refund until that person returns the money as I came to know that Axis Bank has not been able to chase him appropriately for the last three months
